FOR-NY hosts events & activities throughout the year for the statewide recovery community, which are listed on this calendar in purple. In addition, our statewide Recovery Community Organizations (RCO) and Recovery Community & Outreach Centers (RCOC) are also very active with events, activities and meetings. This calendar will highlight in green, some of those gatherings. Please note that if it is an RCO or RCOC activity in green, any questions related to that activity must be directed to that RCO or RCOC. FOR-NY will only be able to answer questions related to FOR-NY events noted in purple on this calendar.

Stand Up For Recovery Day
Every year, hundreds of recovery supporters gather in Albany for Stand Up for Recovery Day. This year, we expect to top more than 1,200 people educating decision-makers and the general public about recovery and more! Join us on this day of advocacy. Remember, we have power in numbers!
New York State Recovery Conference
The annual NYS Recovery Conference for individuals interested in furthering the recovery efforts throughout the state. Attendees include a mix of individuals and family member in recovery, recovery coaches and peer advocates, program administrators and directors, clinical staff and other addiction recovery professionals from local, state and federal agencies, as well as recovery allies. This will be a shortened virtual experience with plenary sessions, networking opportunities and exciting workshops with current topics.
