This transformative training combines the principles of spirituality with evidence-based practices to empower individuals in overcoming addiction and finding a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment.
Participants will explore the role of spirituality in addiction recovery and discover effective tools and techniques for maintaining sobriety. This training recognizes that spirituality can play a profound role in addressing the underlying causes of addiction and in building a strong foundation for lasting recovery. Emphasis will be placed on mindfulness, meditation, gratitude, forgiveness, and self-compassion as tools for personal growth and healing. The training also focuses on the importance of service as a means of deepening one’s spiritual connection and fostering a sense of purpose in recovery.
