The virtual training will begin at 9 am on 1/10- 1/14 and end everyday at 4:00 pm. There will be a half-hour break for lunch and two fifteen-minute breaks throughout the day.
Additional Information:

This will be virtual training with a lot of role-playing as well as break-out groups to demonstrate depth of understanding of the material being presented. Be prepared for lots of interaction and group activities, role playing as begin this new journey.
