This full day workshop offers Recovery Coaches and other peer professional designations the opportunity to engage their intrinsic motivation in a collaborative learning environment. Participants will explore, and practice specific MI skill sets that help them build authentic interpersonal relationships, ask great questions, listen deeply and inspire positive, forward-facing readiness and growth.
Materials and activities within the workshop modules provide the recovery professional multiple opportunities to develop and enhance knowledge and critical skills related to supporting recoverees as they identify and settle ambivalence, access internal resources and catalyze their personal strengths to make meaningful change.

**Meaningful Trainings will provide the training, IHNO will be the host site.**
