About the Conference
Building a Recovery-Ready State centers the recovery workforce as essential infrastructure for community wellness.
This conference will highlight the peer workforce, addressing the intersectionality of gambling harms and mental health with substance use,
recovery-friendly workplaces, and policy strategies that expand Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care across our state.

We invite workshop proposals that advance the vision of a recovery-ready state by strengthening the peer and professional workforce,
expanding recovery-friendly workplaces, and improving system alignment. Priority will be given to presentations that demonstrate
innovative workforce development strategies, cross-sector partnerships, policy advancement, lived-experience leadership, and measurable
outcomes within Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care.
