Introducing the seven directions of the Medicine Wheel Teachings to create balance in recovery. Exploring the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual aspects of the Medicine Wheel. Establishing and maintaining strong boundaries; how they are weakened/compromised, how this impacts our productivity and how to repair them. This is an experiential workshop that teaches fundamental Medicine Wheel perspectives in recovery and energy hygiene techniques.
