Training starts promptly at 9:00 AM and finishes at 4:30 but we encourage you to come early (8:30 am) and stay late for this Self Care Training RETREAT. Explore the grounds at Patricia's Pond, kayak, paddle board, hike, swim in the salt water pool, or in the pond (weather permitting) on breaks or long lunch.
