This training will meet on Thursday August 27th and Friday August 28th, 2026 from 9am-12:30 pm. There will be a 15 minute break each day.

This training was developed by the Institute on Trauma and Trauma Informed Care as a Train the Trainer for NYS OASAS. This training provides an overview of trauma and the importance of applying a trauma-informed care framework in all prevention, treatment and recovery support settings. This training is appropriate for all behavioral health professionals including Recovery Coaches (CRPAs/CARCs, etc.)

This training is approved for 6 CASAC CEs and 6 CRPA/CARC CEs and 6 CARC Electives.
