This TOT is for trainers of peer professionals in any setting.  These skills are used in nearly every job of a peer recovery worker and in different sectors; healthcare, community-based services, non-profits, and others. They provide the foundation for learning all other on-the-job skills and enable the peer recovery workforce to evolve with their jobs and adapt to workplace change.
