This training integrates spiritual principles with proven recovery tools to build purpose, resilience, and sustained wellness. You’ll examine how spirituality can address root drivers of addiction and support long-term healing.

Through guided practice in mindfulness, meditation, gratitude, forgiveness, self-compassion, and service, you’ll learn practical ways to maintain sobriety, prevent recurrence, and deepen meaning—whether you’re early in recovery or well into your journey.
