6 hour Class can be used for CRPA & Build practical skills to support people affected by acute, chronic, and complex trauma. Learn how trauma impacts mental, emotional, and physical health; how to create safe, empowering spaces; and how to spot signs of trauma and respond within scope. We’ll cover grounding and de-escalation techniques, choice-based support, and clear pathways for referral to mental health and community services—so you can coach for healing, resilience, and growth.
