Training starts promptly at 9:00 AM and finishes at 4:30 but we encourage you to come early (8:30 am) and stay late for this Self Care Training RETREAT. Explore the grounds at Patricia's Pond, kayak, paddle board, hike, swim in the saltwater pool, or in the pond (weather permitting) on breaks/long lunch.
