Living Awake explores how addiction, chronic busyness, distraction, and other forms of avoidance can disconnect people from themselves, their relationships, and their recovery.

Through personal reflection, experiential activities, and practical skill-building, participants examine the function of numbing behaviors, increase self-awareness, and develop strategies for navigating discomfort without returning to automatic coping patterns. Grounded in recovery principles and whole-person wellness, this training supports participants in cultivating greater presence, resilience, self-compassion, and intentional action in everyday life.
