This newly mandated 9-hour ethics training fulfills the updated ethics requirement for CRPA and CARC certification renewal. Delivered live over two virtual sessions, this interactive training goes beyond a basic ethics refresher it’s designed to help peer professionals navigate the real, often messy ethical situations that come up in recovery support work.

Participants will explore the Ethical decision-making model as a practical framework for working through dilemmas involving boundaries, dual relationships, confidentiality, and scope of practice. The training incorporates case studies, small-group role-play activities, and discussion-based learning to connect ethical theory to day-to-day peer practice not just check a box.
